Exchange Policy (Digital Camera & Utility Products)
Exchange accepted within 3 days of delivery only if the product received is damaged or defective.
Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and invoice included.
Exchange Conditions:
- Product must be returned in original condition
- Unboxing video and clear images may be required for verification
- Exchange will be processed only after successful inspection of the product
- Only those products will be eligible for exchange that were delivered by us and found to be damaged at the time of delivery
Non-Exchangeable Cases:
- Products damaged due to customer handling or misuse
- Used products
- Products without original packaging, tags, or invoice
- Exchange requests raised after 3 days of delivery
